April Newsletter - 13 Years of Magic!
This month, we celebrate 13 years of Gather!
13 years... it's wild to say that we have been a part of this community for that long. So much has happened since 2013. Our studio has seen multiple logos, wall colors, various instructors, a pandemic and so much more. But the one thing that has remained constant is the absolute magic that is held within our walls. We hope that when you come to class you still get a taste of this magic. We hope that you feel a part of this community as much today as you did the first time you walked through our doors.
13 years would never have been able to be a reality without each and every one of you supporting our dream to be the best yoga studio in our sweet little town. So thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making all of this a reality!
We are so excited to see what this next year has in store...

Flowing with the Current with Adi Amar
Life moves like a river, full of rhythm and flow. When we tune into our own natural rhythm, we awaken creativity and inner wisdom. This workshop focuses on trusting the movement already happening inside you. Guided by Saraswati, goddess of creativity and clarity, you’ll learn to soften effort, let go of control, and listen deeply to your unique flow.
Through fluid, breath led asana, powerful breathwork, mantra, meditation, and reflection, we explore how to move with the natural pulse of life. Instead of pushing change, we practice accepting its constant flow — allowing clarity and wisdom to arise on their own.
This is an invitation to trust yourself, step into flow, and embody calm confidence through presence.

This class guides women into postures that can help prepare them for birth, as well as introduce the expecting mamas to modifications to use while they attend regular yoga classes. Plus, prenatal yoga is one of the best ways to meet other mamas!

Yoga Nidra with Lauri Bunting
Yoga Nidra, also called Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), is a guided meditation that invites the body into profound rest while awareness remains gently awake. In the threshold between waking and sleep, the nervous system recalibrates and the body begins to restore itself, supporting deep relaxation, emotional integration, and improved sleep.
As attention moves through the layers of body, breath, heart, and mind, tension softens, creating space for a quiet recognition of our inherent wholeness. In this state of deep rest, the mind turns away from the usual roles, identities, and outer demands of life, revealing a deeper connection with our authentic nature and inner wisdom.
Date: Monday, April 13th
Time: 5:30-6:30pm
Cost: $35 Drop In
Silence, Sound and Savasana with Cathie Caccia
This class is an opportunity to align our mind, body and energy with our deepest layer of being. We will use Sanskrit Chanting and the Crystal Alchemy Bowls to uncover and energize our vibrational essence. We will have time in silent meditation, concluding with a sound infused Savasana aka sound bath and final Mantra practice. Plan to feel vibrant, integrated and at peace.
Date: Friday, April 17th
Time: 5:45-6:45pm
Cost: $35 Drop In
